Samsung offers Android 12 beta (One UI 4) for Galaxy S10s
It is the turn of the Galaxy S10 to have the right to Android 12 with the One UI 4 overlay, first in beta. Samsunghas already proposed the final version for its Galaxy S21 and continues its tests with its other models.
A first beta for Android 12 on the Galaxy S10
Like the Galaxy Note 20 a few weeks ago, Samsung is first offering the beta of Android 12 on the Galaxy S10 for users who are in South Korea. The group is not yet saying when other countries will be able to take advantage of it, but it should not be long. In any case, this concerns three models: Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10e and Galaxy S10 +.
If you happen to be in South Korea, you can go to the app Samsung Membersthen join the beta program. You can then test Android 12.
Samsung’s One UI 4 overlay doesn’t make any significant new changes. Still, the builder has done what it takes to incorporate the best features of Android 12, including its own version of Material You, the privacy dashboard, modified notification shadow, and quick settings panel.
When can we expect the final version to be available? Based on the first beta and final release for the Galaxy S21s, the stable version of Android 12 for the Galaxy S10 should arrive around February. But Samsung has not yet given a specific niche.
