Realme 7i: almost Realme 7, but with a chip from Qualcomm
Realme 7i will get rid of one of the controversial points of Realme 7 – the MediaTek chip. But there were some simplifications
Last week, the premiere of the mid-budget Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro took place, which received a large display, capacious batteries, fast charging and a main camera with a 64 MP main module. As it turned out, these are not the only models in their series and the third debutant will soon join them.
Realme 7i will be released on the same day with the announcement of the flagship Sony Xperia 5 II, and this will happen on September 17th. In fact, the company decided to release a light version of Realme 7, where the platform from Qualcomm will replace the chip from MediaTek, they offered a simpler display and reduced the charging power. And the design of the main camera here will be from Realme 7 Pro. Preference is given to the Snapdragon 662 chip, which has 8 Kryo 260 cores with a peak frequency of 2.0 GHz and Adreno 610 graphics.
Realme 7i should offer a capacious 5000 mAh battery with 18 W fast charging, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of constant and a 6.5-inch display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels. The matrix refresh rate will be 90 Hz. The smartphone was equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the rear panel, a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a four-camera rear camera, where the main sensor is 64 megapixels, there is a width of 8 megapixels and two modules of 2 megapixels each.
The price of the Realme 7i has not been announced. Most likely, the price tag will be less than $ 200.
