Pixel 6: Google announces its conference for October 19

Google has announced a conference for October 19 at 7 pm (French time) which will be dedicated to the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. We will discover the two smartphones with all the details and especially the prices.

A dedicated site is created for this conference of Google on October 19 concerning the Pixel 6. The group says that the conference will be available to everyone and not only journalists. Note also that it is a pre-recorded content and not a live event. Google is doing like Apple with its keynote of the iPhone 13.

Google has already unveiled the overall design of the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, and revealed that both smartphones will have Tensor. This is Google’s own in-house chip, so it won’t use a Snapdragon chip from Qualcomm. This is the first time this has happened. The choice of Tensor should allow the group to have better control and to offer better optimizations. We can therefore hope that the performance will be good, as well as the autonomy. But we will have to wait for the first tests to be sure.
