New rugged budget smartphones LG K62 and K52 announced
LG has decided to flood the market for secure devices with the new LG K62 and LG K52.
We have already written about the announcement LG K42 is a new budget solution from the Korean company. But the manufacturer decided not to stop there – the company announced new K series smartphones, namely K62 and K52. The K62 has a 6.6-inch FHD + FullVision display, and the K52 has a 6.6-inch HD + display.
Both smartphones are equipped with four lenses of the main camera, 48MP sensor, wide-angle lens, depth-of-field sensor and optional macro sensor. In the older K52, a 28 Megapixel front camera is installed, and in the K52 – on 13 megapixels.
The manufacturer has added a unique function of the Flash Jump Cut camera, thanks to which the smartphone takes four pictures at specified intervals to create the effect of stop-motion animation. Also, artificial intelligence is included in the camera software, which helps to choose the optimal settings depending on the object.
Like the K42, the LG K62 and LG K52 have an unusual matte back finish with a unique optical pattern that is resistant to fingerprints. The smartphones are equipped with a 4000mAh battery, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and LG’s 3D Sound Engine technology to help improve sound quality. Smartphones are also protected according to the MIL-STD-810G standard – one of the main features of the devices.
Unfortunately, the device processor will not please gaming fans – smartphones have a budget chip from MediaTek Helio P35.
