Apple showed several new products at its presentation yesterday. One of the most exciting products on display was the new iPad Air, the first device in the world to run on a 5nm processor.

The iPad Air was originally an intermediate between the iPad Pro line and the standard iPad. This year, Apple decided to push the iPad Air a little ahead – the novelty became the first device based on the 5nm Apple A14 Bionic chip. The new six-core processor boasts a 40% improvement in CPU performance and a 30% increase in GPU performance.


The screen itself is slightly larger than last year’s model. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support the 120Hz refresh rate that the iPad Pro offers. Display size – 10.9 inches matrix – IPS. The screen is anti-reflective, supports P3 color gamut and also has True Tone support. The new iPad Air will delight you with very thin bezels. The Touch ID button disappeared from the bottom of the screen and moved to the top, connecting with the power button.

The main one is responsible for the photo capabilities 12 Mp module and 7 Mp front camera. The tablet has a USB-C port with support for 20W fast charging, with a charger included this time. There is support for the 2nd generation Apple Pencil, Smart Keyboard Folio and Apple Magic Keyboard.


The base version of the 64GB iPad Air starts at $ 599, the 256GB version starts at $ 749. If you want to buy the LTE version, the price tag for the 64 GB version will go up to $ 729, while the top version will have to pay $ 879.
